We have updated and revised our Japan domestic shipping policy as outlined below.

Returned Packages Due to Extended Absence or Undeliverable Address [Updated September 7, 2026]
For shipments sent on or after September 8, 2026, if a package is returned to us by the courier due to exceeding the storage period from extended absence or an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost from the nearest delivery office to our store.
- If you wish to have the package reshipped, you will be responsible for both the return shipping cost mentioned above and the reshipping fee.
- If you prefer to cancel rather than reship, or if we are unable to reach you and proceed with cancellation, a refund will be issued for the product price minus the return shipping cost.
