About “out of stock” items

  • Sale items, outlet items, and reservation items are sold out and cannot be special ordered.
  • Only items with confirmed stock availability can be purchased through our mail order service.
  • “Sold out” items can be special ordered from our stores. Please note that special orders may take approximately 1 week.
  • We regret that we cannot accommodate specific delivery date requests. We are unable to expedite shipping for urgent customer needs. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Orders cannot be combined with shopping cart purchases. Please understand this in advance.
  • As with shopping cart orders, all mail order inquiries are considered purchase commitments. Cancellations after order placement cannot be accepted, so please consider carefully before ordering. If we do not receive contact or payment within 7 days of your order, it will be cancelled. If you become unreachable and your order is cancelled, we will refuse future mail order service. Please be aware of this policy.
  • When inquiring about multiple items, if you have conditions such as “I only want the headdress if the jumper dress is available,” please note this in the remarks section.
