Reservation Period
Made-to-Order Product
Production will be based on reservations completed during the specified period, and there are no plans for general sales after arrival.
Please note that there is a maximum production quantity for this product. Store reservations are by lottery, and online reservations are first-come, first-served.
- Online Reservation Period:
- From 12:00 on Friday, May 1, 2026 to 12:00 on Monday, May 18, 2026 (JST).
- Store Reservation Entry Period:
- From Friday, May 1, 2026 to 12:00 on Monday, May 18, 2026 (JST).
Winners will be notified by phone from their respective stores starting Thursday, May 21, 2026 (JST). For stores in Japan, please note that phone support is available in Japanese only. Non-winners will not be contacted. We appreciate your understanding.
Important Notes on Reservations at the store
- A lottery will be conducted at headquarters after the entry period, so entries are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Entries can be made by visiting the store or by phone.
- Please submit all desired items in one entry per person. Entry changes will not be accepted except in special circumstances.
- Only winning customers will be contacted by phone from the store. If you are not selected, you will not receive notification. Thank you for your understanding.
- Due to production capacity limits, you may win fewer items than requested or not be selected. Quantity changes after winning are not permitted.
- After winning, please visit the store to complete procedures and pay the “specified amount” for reserved products. Details can be confirmed on design sheets available at stores.
Handling for Online Purchases
- Shipping is available both within Japan and internationally.
- Reservations will close upon reaching maximum production capacity. We encourage early reservation.
- For online reservations, full payment is required at the time of reservation. In the case of credit card/PAYPAL payments, the order will be confirmed immediately.
For payments via bank transfer, the payment deadline is within 1 week from the order date. If the payment is not confirmed even after the deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled, so please be cautious.
Important Notice for International Shipping
- High import tax may be charged at customs since this series includes expensive item.
Please be aware that we do NOT accept any return due to the tax.
Also, please consult to customs before placing an order since they may refuse to import the package which includes expensive item even if you are willing to pay the tax.

- To the PayPal users, payment will be requested during the order process. To place an order, payment has to be completed.
- Bank deposit is NOT available for orders destined to outside of Japan.

1 order - 1 shipment basis.
Though reservation items can be combined with in-stocked items, please be aware that the shipping will be after all items are arrived.
If you'd like to receive your items accordingly to each arrival, please place orders separately.
*Umbrellas and build-to-order series are NOT applied to combining with other items/reservation series.
Though ordering in 1 cart can be accepted, shipping fees are automatically charged according to the number of shipment.
All packages are shipped via EMS and will normally take between 5 to 14 days to arrive. Since import and delivery service is highly depends on situations (including Christmas season, National holidays and so on) at destined counties/regions, please be understanding that we can't take any responsibility about how long days transportation takes.
If you encounter any problem with your shipment, please contact us to order@babyssb.co.jp . We will check the status of your package and proceed accordingly.

Shipping cost will be automatically charged according to the total of the weight of the order. Though we try our best to calculate fees accurately, there are sometimes differences between the price we quote and the shipping fee the post offices charges.
Regardless actual weight is heavier than calculation, we never ask for any extra payment and, thus, we cannot refund any difference in the case actual weight is lighter than calculation either. We apologize for the inconvenience and would like to ask you for your understanding.
A. About custom duty.
An extra custom fee can be applied depending on the country of destination. This custom tax varies from country to country, so please be sure to inquire to your local post office or custom house about this charge. This amount is to be covered by the customer.
We do NOT accept any return by reason of tax since shipment trouble often occurs when the package returned.
In the case the package returned because of non-payment of tax, we may refuse to ship abroad after that.
B. About an invoice and declared value of items.
Please take into consideration that we are unable to lower the declared value of our items on a shipping invoice.
This is to protect the items being shipped in case of loss or damage, since lowering the value on any invoice would make the shipping insurance void.

A. Damaged items
Please be sure to contact to us within 3 days after delivery in case you have encountered a problem or received a damaged item. Please be sure to include detailed pictures of the damage or problem.
We can only accept claims for original, unused items with their tags still attached. Used items cannot qualify for repair or exchange.
For damaged items, all return shipping expenses will be covered by us.
Depending on the damage, your item might be eligible for either repair or exchange.
Repair times can vary from item to item, but it usually takes 2-3 weeks to be ready.
* We cannot accept claims for items that were not damaged on production, in other words, if the damage looks like it was made after the delivery was complete or by use, unfortunately we cannot accept to return, repair or exchange an item.
B. Returns and exchanges
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the ordered item is erroneous or defective. Please be sure to contact our staff within 3 days after delivery in case you have encountered a problem to the following email: oversea@babyssb.co.jp. Our staff will answer with more information about the return process.
We can only accept claims for original, unused items with their tags still attached. Used items cannot qualify for return or exchange.
In case of a mistaken order or damaged goods, all shipping costs will be covered by our company. Please note that refund will be made after we receive returned package.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (i.e. if our customer doesn’t like the fit, or if the item is different that imagined, etc.). If the item is still to be returned regardless, we will ask our customer to please cover all shipping fees back to our office. After we are able to check the contents of the package carefully, we will only refund the item cost.
Also all refunds will be made in Japanese yen by calculating exchange rate on refund day. Please be understanding that we can not take any responsibility about exchange rate between customer's local currency for any reason and any case.
Also, because the custom fee is charged according to the policy of destined country, please be aware that we don't take any responsibility for it and we don't do any compensation in any case.
